產品簡介:

   本產品包含一種已知分子量的標準蛋白質,分子量大小為43 kD,可以用來判斷 SDS-PAGE未知蛋白(bai)的分子(zi)量。43 kD單條蛋白(bai)以干粉狀態提(ti)供。

以(yi)每次上樣10 μl(2 μg)計算,本產品可以(yi)使用(yong)約500次。 

使用說明:

1. 配制1 mg/ml 43 kD蛋白Marker母液:

粉末管中中直接加入1ml超純水,此溶液-20℃貯存。

2. 按照下表配制Marker溶液

注:由(you)于蛋白(bai)上樣(yang)緩(huan)沖液中DTT含量(liang)會隨(sui)貯存時間延長(chang)而降低,可以選擇補加DTT。

3. 使用方法:

3.1  取配制好的溶液徹底混勻后,95處理5分(fen)鐘立即上(shang)樣(yang)電泳(yong),每次上(shang)樣(yang)10 μl。

3.2  電泳結束后,染色,觀察結果。
