   本(ben)產品(pin)包(bao)含一(yi)種已知分子量的標準蛋白質,分子量大小(xiao)為66 kD,可(ke)(ke)以用來判斷 SDS-PAGE未知蛋(dan)白(bai)的(de)分子量。66 kD單條蛋(dan)白(bai)Marker 以干粉狀態提供。以每(mei)次上樣(yang)10 μl(2 μg)計算(suan),本產品可(ke)(ke)以使用約25000次。

使用(yong)說明:

1 配制10 mg/ml 66 kD蛋白(bai)Marker母液:

取10mg 粉末(mo)溶(rong)于1ml超純水中。此溶(rong)液-20貯存(cun)。

2 按照下(xia)表(biao)配制Marker溶液

2.1  取配(pei)制好的溶液徹底混勻后(hou),95處(chu)理5分(fen)鐘立即上(shang)樣電(dian)泳,每(mei)次上(shang)樣10μl。

2.2  電泳結束后,染(ran)色(se),觀察結果。
