產品簡介:

   本產品包含10種純化的預(yu)染蛋白質組成,分子量范圍(wei)為10kD-170kD,其中70kD條(tiao)帶(dai)為紅色,10kD條帶(dai)為綠色,其余條帶(dai)為藍(lan)色,可以用于SDS-PAGEWestern Blot轉膜時(shi)確定未知蛋(dan)白的(de)分子(zi)量(liang)。


使用說明:

a 第一(yi)次收到該產品(pin),室(shi)溫(wen)融(rong)化后,徹底(di)混勻,離心快甩將溶液(ye)完全(quan)收集到管底,根據需要適量分裝(zhuang)成小管,-20貯存,每次取一小管(guan)使用。

b-20取一管樣品,徹底融化,上樣量根據膠的厚度和梳子的寬度確定(ding)。一(yi)般說來,0.75mm×5mm(厚度×寬度)的加樣孔上樣5μl,其他規格梳(shu)子(zi)請適當調(diao)整(zheng)上樣量。

c 電(dian)泳(yong)結束后(hou),可以直接在膠上觀察(cha)結果。

d 預染蛋(dan)白Marker在(zai)不同(tong)的凝(ning)膠(jiao)系統(tong)中遷移率(lv)會有不同(tong),因此只(zhi)能用來粗略估計目的蛋(dan)白(bai)的大(da)小(xiao)。如(ru)要精確(que)確(que)定蛋(dan)白(bai)的大(da)小(xiao),請在(zai)同(tong)一(yi)凝(ning)膠(jiao)系統(tong)中用非預染蛋(dan)白(bai)Marker來標定(ding)預染蛋白Marker的分子量。
