   本(ben)產(chan)品包含10種純化(hua)的預染蛋(dan)白質組成,分子量范圍為(wei)25-400 kD (25, 45, 72, 100, 130, 160200250, 300 kD),其中400 kD為(wei)暗(an)紅(hong)色,72 kD條帶為橙紅色(se),25 kD為綠色(se),其(qi)余條帶(dai)為藍色(se),可(ke)以用于(yu)SDS-PAGEWestern Blot轉(zhuan)膜時(shi)確定(ding)未知蛋白的分子(zi)量(liang)。

使用(yong)說(shuo)明(ming):

1 第(di)一次收到該產(chan)品,常溫融化(hua)后(hou),徹(che)底(di)混勻,離心快(kuai)甩將溶(rong)液完(wan)全收集到管底(di)

2上樣(yang)量(liang)根據膠的(de)厚度和梳(shu)子的(de)寬度確定。一般說來,1 mm×5mm(厚(hou)度×寬度)的加樣孔(kong)上樣10 μl,其他(ta)規格梳(shu)子請適當調整上樣(yang)量。

3 電泳結(jie)束后(hou),可(ke)以直(zhi)接在(zai)膠上觀察結(jie)果。

4 預染(ran)蛋白Marker在不(bu)同(tong)的(de)(de)凝(ning)膠系統中遷移率會有不(bu)同(tong),因此只能用來粗(cu)略估計目的(de)(de)蛋白的(de)(de)大(da)小。如(ru)要精(jing)確確定蛋白的(de)(de)大(da)小,請(qing)在同(tong)一凝(ning)膠系統中用非預染(ran)蛋白Marker來標定預染(ran)蛋白Marker的(de)(de)分子量。
