● 產品簡介:

本(ben)產品是由6條帶狀雙(shuang)鏈DNA條帶(dai)組成,適用于瓊脂糖(tang)凝(ning)膠電泳中DNA條帶的分析。產品中(zhong)已含有1×loading buffer,可根據實驗(yan)需要(yao),直(zhi)接取2-5μl電泳(yong)(yong),使(shi)用方(fang)便,電泳(yong)(yong)圖像清晰。6條(tiao)帶(dai)的大小(xiao)分別為10025050075010002000bp。其中(zhong)750bp條帶為(wei)100ng/5μl,顯示(shi)加亮帶(dai),其余條帶(dai)濃度50ng/5μl


● 使用方法:

1. 2-5μl本(ben)產品加(jia)入到(dao)瓊脂(zhi)糖凝膠(jiao)的加(jia)樣孔中(zhong)(每1mm×1mm加樣孔加1μl,如(ru)果加樣孔寬于(yu)

5mm,可以適當(dang)增加(jia)上樣量)就行(xing)電泳。

2. 建議電泳條(tiao)件:凝膠(jiao)濃度為(wei)1.5-2.0%,凝膠長(chang)度5-7cm,電泳電壓4-10v/cm,電泳時間15-20

分鐘(zhong)。

3. 通過EB染(ran)色后(hou)紫外(wai)燈(deng)下觀(guan)察條帶。

注:如果使用Goldview等染(ran)料就(jiu)行染(ran)色,由(you)于靈敏度(du)比EB低,請酌(zhuo)情增加Marker的上樣(yang)量。

● 注意事項:

1. 瓊脂糖的質(zhi)量對DNA的(de)電(dian)泳有(you)很大影響,電(dian)泳時請盡量(liang)使(shi)用質量(liang)優等的(de)瓊脂糖。

 

2. 使(shi)用新鮮配(pei)制的電(dian)泳緩沖液和新鮮配(pei)制的瓊脂(zhi)糖(tang)凝膠進行電(dian)泳,以保證Marker良好的分離(li)效(xiao)果。
