●  作用機(ji)理:

  Sodium diethyldithiocarbamate (DIECA) has been used as a JA biosynthesis inhibitor in plants and likely inhibits the JA pathway by shunting 13(S)-hydroperoxylinolenic acid to 13-hydroxylinolenic, thereby sharply reducing the precursor pool leading to cyclization and eventual synthesis of JA (Farmer, Caldelari, Pearce, Walker-Simmons, & Ryan, 1994).

● 母液配制(zhi)方法:

1. 20 ml 0.2 M DIECA配制(水溶解):

稱取0.9 g粉末置于50 ml尖底螺口離心管中,擰緊管蓋,加入蒸餾水定容至20 ml,漩渦攪拌至徹底混勻,溶液應該為接近澄清透明,0.22 μm水系濾膜抽濾后-20℃貯存。

注意:DIECA溶液配制時不能開口攪拌混勻,因為溶液吸收空氣中的二氧化碳,會使溶液變渾濁,無法完全溶解。

2. 20 ml 0.2 M DIECA配制(DMSO溶解):

    使用DMSO可以配制成完全澄清透明的溶液,溶解方法同1。0.22 μm有機系濾膜抽濾后-20℃貯存。
