● 貯存、運輸即效期:
-20℃貯存;濕冰運輸;干粉狀態-20℃有效期一年(配成溶液后-20℃有效期3個月,-80℃有效期6個月)。
● 產品簡介:
本產品包含一種已知分子量的標準蛋白質,分子量大小為36 kD,可以用來判斷 SDS-PAGE未知蛋(dan)白的分子量。36 kD單條蛋(dan)白Marker 以干粉(fen)狀態提供。配制(zhi)好的Marker適用于(yu)(yu)變(bian)性還(huan)原電泳,不適用于(yu)(yu)非變(bian)性電泳(Native Electrophorosis)。
以每(mei)次(ci)上樣2 μg計算,該產(chan)品可以大約使用5000次(ci)。
● 使用說明:
1. 配制10 mg/ml 36 kD蛋白Marker母液:
取10mg 粉末溶于1ml超純水中。此溶液-20℃貯存(cun),有效期3個月(yue)。該溶液可(ke)以適當(dang)分裝,-80℃貯存(cun),有效期可(ke)以延長到6個月(yue)。
2. 按照下表配(pei)制Marker溶液

注:配制好的Marker溶液使用后-20℃貯存,有效期3個月。
2.1 取配制好的溶液徹底混勻后,95℃處理5分(fen)鐘立即上(shang)樣電泳(yong),每(mei)次上(shang)樣10 μl(2μg)。
2.2 電泳結束后,染色,觀察結果。
