D2000 DNA Ladder

● 產品簡介:
本產品是(shi)由6條帶狀雙鏈DNA條(tiao)帶組成(cheng),適用于(yu)瓊(qiong)脂糖凝膠(jiao)電泳中DNA條(tiao)帶的分析(xi)。產品中已(yi)含有1×loading buffer,可根(gen)據(ju)實驗(yan)需(xu)要,直接取2-5μl電泳(yong)(yong),使用方便,電泳(yong)(yong)圖像清晰。6條帶的大小分別(bie)為100,250,500,750,1000,2000bp。其中750bp條(tiao)帶為100ng/5μl,顯(xian)示加亮(liang)帶(dai)(dai),其余條帶(dai)(dai)濃(nong)度50ng/5μl。
● 使用方法:
1. 取2-5μl本產品加入到瓊(qiong)脂糖凝膠的加樣孔中(每1mm×1mm加樣孔加1μl,如果加樣(yang)孔寬(kuan)于
5mm,可以適當增加上樣量(liang))就行電泳(yong)。
2. 建議電泳條件(jian):凝膠濃度為1.5-2.0%,凝膠長度5-7cm,電泳電壓4-10v/cm,電(dian)泳時間15-20
分鐘(zhong)。
3. 通過EB染色后紫外燈(deng)下(xia)觀察(cha)條(tiao)帶。
注:如果(guo)使用Goldview等染料就行染色,由于靈(ling)敏度(du)比EB低(di),請酌情(qing)增加Marker的(de)上樣量。
● 注(zhu)意事項(xiang):
1. 瓊脂糖的質量對DNA的(de)電泳(yong)有很大影響,電泳(yong)時請(qing)盡量使用質量優等的(de)瓊脂糖(tang)。2. 請(qing)使用新鮮配(pei)制的電泳緩沖(chong)液和新鮮配(pei)制的瓊脂(zhi)糖凝膠進行電泳,以保證Marker良好的(de)分離效(xiao)果。
